So we "closed escrow" on the townhouse on 11th of August, and wanting to get on with the renovations as quickly as possible we used our Realtor's contacts to get quotes for the work. The job commenced on Tuesday 6th September.
Having gone to work as usual on Tuesday morning, we came home to the house of plastic walls - to stop the dust from the demolition from pervading the whole of the house, especially the Guest Bedroom where Brian and I are camped out for the duration of the work.
