One of the things that Brian had on his wish list was a direct entrance garage, that you can drive in close your garage door and then pop up the stairs into your house. The townhome filled that wish.

One of the major selling points to me, having lived in a Flat in London and then the condo in Los Angeles, was having our own front door and mail box again. I just love it!
