Part of the fun of the renovation process is that you find out things about the house that we didn't know. Jennifer our awesome designer and project manager found out that the kitchen had actually already been through a remodel previously and the den used to be a bedroom proper. The walk-in closet from the bedroom had been demolished and made part of the kitchen! Who knew!
A little known fact we found out was that a bedroom without a [US] closet cannot be called a bedroom in California - hence the den!
